Wolverhampton Public Sector Hub

CLTH are working with Arcadis, the City of Wolverhampton Council, the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group to develop a Public Sector Hub, bringing together health and wellbeing services to meet the needs of local people, alongside vibrant places to live and work.

Current proposals look to accommodate primary care, diagnostics, outpatients, rehabilitation, adult and children’s services, public health, mental health, university teaching space and police presence in approximately 200,000 sqft of space. The project also aims to also provide approximately 60,000 sqft of residential accommodation, retail space and a 400 space car park.
