Isleden House is an excellent example of social housing in the London Borough of Islington, completed in 1948 and including seventy-seven one, two and three bedroomed flats of which 50% are sheltered units.
The project provides three social tenure apartments and relocates a hobby room/workshop shared by all the residents.
All apartments have generous private amenity space via terrace or balconies along the living rooms, and are all designed to comply with London Housing Design Guide Standards and high energy efficiency targets.
