We have begun work on a major retrofit project across 10 sites in South Wales. The sites all have existing housing stock constructed immediately after WWII with uninsulated load bearing concrete walls. They are therefore in need of renovation targeted at thermal performance, improvements to their private amenity space and alterations to their internal layout to better suit the residents.
