CLTH proposed the use of a prefabricated high performance engineered wood construction to create a clear span structure that is fast to construct and produces bright, open work spaces for the regeneration of Watford Pump House. The high performance engineered wood would act as a carbon sink, achieving carbon-neutral construction for a workshop that is environmentally friendly and durable.
