Designed as part of The City Centre’s ‘Smarter City’ Project, our Tidal School envisions a building that harnesses the power of the Thames. With a jetty containing submerged turbines, stunning river views and a rooftop garden, the building is a testament to London’s green future.

Feasibility studies demonstrate that the five-storey building will not only be able to power itself, but maintain eco-friendly heating and cooling systems, as well as selling excess energy back to the grid.
